Terminology

Leads

A lead is a potential customer who has shown interest in your business. For example, someone filling out a form on your website or subscribing to your newsletter becomes a lead. In LOQ, leads are starting stage to conversion, helping you organize and nurture them effectively.

Opportunity

An opportunity represents a sales deal in progress. For instance, when a lead shows serious interest in purchasing your product or service, they become an opportunity. LOQ helps you manage opportunities by tracking their progress and providing tools to close the deal efficiently.

Quotation

A quotation (or quote) is a formal document outlining the cost and terms of a transaction. It includes pricing, delivery, and other key details. In LOQ, quotation stage helps you to create and manage quotations directly, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the sales process.

Accounts

Once a quotation is approved and a Purchase Order (PO) is received, the potential customer becomes an account. For example, after starting a business relationship, the customer is added as an account in LOQ to facilitate future transactions.

Offering

An offering is the product or service your organization provides to customers. LOQ's offering module lets you structure offerings hierarchically (type, title, subtitle). Sales representatives can use this feature to match leads with the right offering, ensuring better alignment with customer needs.
