LOQ User Manual Marketing module

Introduction: The marketing module is at the navbar on the right of the sales module. This module typically includes features for creating, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns, allowing businesses to target the right audience, track engagement, and measure the effectiveness of your marketing strategies. Upon clicking it you will be greeted with the landing page of marketing module as shown in the image below: This module contains two tabs named active campaign and inactive campaign. Active campaign: • In the above image, by clicking on the Search button( ) on the left side of the filter button, it will expand into a search bar where you can search according to your need.

• By clicking the View button at the right side of the screen, a dropdown menu is displayed, containing the list form which you can select which column must be shown in the list view.

• Total Number of records, a button displaying number of rows per page, and different pages are present in the footer. • By clicking on the button, you can select the number of leads displayed per page as per your convenience.

• A list displaying all the campaigns is displayed between the search button and footer. The list contains the campaign name, email stage, start date, open rate, delivery rate, status and created by.

Upon clicking on a campaign, it will direct you to a page where you can edit the selected campaign and it will look as shown in the image below:

• In the first section of campaign details you can change the campaign name, subject, the target audience and the CC.

• You can also deactivate the active campaign by clicking on the deactivate campaign button in red color on the left of the update button.

• After filling in all the required details, you can update all the details by clicking on the update button at the top left side of the section.
The second section of the campaign is dedicated to viewing and editing of the triggers

Upon selecting any of the triggers in the campaign from the list a new section to the left of the listed triggers will appear The top section defines the delivery rate and open rate of the trigger. It also contains the data of the mails sent. You can download the campaign stats by clicking the download button at the top right section of the section. • Below it consists of a section to update the trigger.

• You can update the day, email of the body or the email template, signature and the attachments.

• By clicking on the deactivate trigger button in red color at the top of the section on the left of the ‘update and save trigger’ button you can deactivate the trigger in the campaign .

• After filling in all the required details click on ‘update and save trigger button’ you can update the trigger. .

New Campaign creation. In the active tab of the marketing module there is a button named ‘new campaign’ at the left of the search button above the campaign list.

Upon clicking this button, it will redirect you to the Campain module which is the sub-module of marketing, and you will be greeted with the landing page of the campaign module. Creating a campaign follows a three-step process. Step1: Select Target Audience • Select audience list from existing audience list or create a new one in audience module. • And user can see preview for the same

o If you create a new user a window will appear on you screen as shown in the below image. Here, you can define your own list name, you can select contacts from the tool, or you can upload the csv or excel file. You can also download a template by clicking the download template button.

o If you click the filter tool a section will be displayed which filters the name on the bases of industry, region, designation or domain You can also preview the list by clicking on the preview list button at the bottom left side of the section. Step2: Select Email Sequence • Select Sequence from the existing sequence created in sequence module. • Select a date to start your campaign on • Pre-defined day and time as per the sequence selected, however it is editable. • Pre-defined email template as per the sequence selected, however it is editable. • And user can see preview for the same and save the trigger. • If required, they can add more triggers to the campaign.

After selecting a sequence, a section below the dropdown will appear containing all the triggers associated with the sequence.

• You can update the existing trigger by clicking on a particular trigger and then by clicking on ’update and save trigger’ it will update the changes made by you.

• Remove trigger button at the left of the update and save trigger button will remove the selected trigger from the list. • You can also add trigger by clicking on the ‘+ Add Trigger button’.

By clicking on the save button after adding the details will update the list and the trigger will be added.

Step3: Review Campaign • Give a name for the campaign • Give a Subject to the campaign emails • View the audience selected • Add users to CC if required • And overview of when the emails will be sent

Inactive Tab: The inactive tab of the marketing module will display all the inactive or cancelled campaigns in a list. It contains a search bar, a view button, a button to create new campaigns and a list displaying all the inactive campaigns. The new campaign button will direct you to a window where you can create new campaign. It is the same button as the same one in active tab. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------By hovering on the marketing button in navbar 3 sub-modules will be displayed on your screen named audiance, campaign and sequences.

Audience Sub-module The audience sub module contains a list of audiences which are added by campaigns and are potential customers for the business's products or services. The list contains the audience categorized by List name, Created on, Created by Updated on, Updated by, No. of contacts. Number of Contacts represents the number of contacts present in the created audience list. If you move to the right of the list a list of actions is present at the last column which is shown in the image below:

You can view/edit, download and delete the audiance as per you requirement with the help of actions. Upon clicking on the view button, it will take you to the screen where you can upload more contacts

The ‘New Audiance’ button is present at the left side of the screen jest besides the search button. By clicking on it you will be taken to a window where you can create new audiance Here, you can define your own list name, you can select contacts from the tool, or you can upload the csv or excel file. You can also download a template by clicking the download template button.

After filtering and naming the audiance click on save button, it will add the audience name to the list. The reset button will reset all the data which you have put inside the filters and return the input field back to default. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Campaign Sub-module To create a marketing campaign, navigate to the Marketing module in the navbar and after hovering it, the campaign module will be displayed on your screen.

After clicking on the ‘Run Campaign’ button at the top right side of the screen, it will publish the campaign, and it will be added to the list of campaigns.

Sequence Sub-module The Sequence sub-module is responsible to help streamline and automate the process of following up with leads, nurturing prospects, and maintaining customer relationships. They are particularly useful for ensuring consistent and timely communication without manual intervention. When you hover over the markeiting button in navbar, sequence sub-modue along with 2 other sub-modules are visible on the screen. Clickin on the sequence sub-module will direct you to the landing page of it. There is a list present in the middle of the screen which contains all the sequences divided into columns by List name, Created on, Created by, Updated on, Updated by, No. of Triggers and actions. No. Of triggers represents the number of Triggers configured in the sequence which is present in the created sequence list. There are 3 actions available for you to view/edit and delete.

Upon clicking on the view/edit icon you can edit and update the sequence and trigger data from the window opened.

There is a ‘New Sequence’ button present beside the search button in the landing page. You can create a new sequence by clicking on it. A new window will open after you click on it as shown in the image below:

• Firstly, you have to name the sequence and then add triggers according to your requirements. • For creating a trigger, pick a day, time and select a email template from the pre-existing templates. • Clicking on the save trigger button will save and add the trigger. • You can also edit the created trigger by clicking on it from the list on the left side of the triggers section.

• You can remove the trigger by clicking on the remove trigger button on the left of the ‘update and save trigger’ button. • Clicking on ‘update and save trigger button’ will save the changes and updae the trigger.
