About Email Follow-ups

The Email Follow-ups module provides an overview of all automated follow-up emails. It allows users to track subsequent emails sent to recipients who have not responded to the initial email or to continue ongoing conversations.

To access this module, navigate to the Email Follow-ups section under the "Others" category in the navbar, located below the Documents section.

This module is divided into two parts: Active Follow-ups and Configurations.


Active Follow-ups

The Active Follow-ups section displays all follow-up emails that are currently active and awaiting a response.

  • This list provides a consolidated view of all automated follow-ups set up by the user, making it easier to monitor ongoing communication.
  • Each follow-up email is listed with details.
  • Users can delete a follow-up by clicking the delete icon on the right side of the record.

Configurations

The Configurations section allows users to create predefined workflows for setting up automated follow-ups. These workflows help sales representatives streamline their follow-up processes.

Adding a New Workflow

To add a new workflow, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Add Follow-up Workflow.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Workflow Name: A unique name to identify the workflow.
    • Number of Triggers: Specify the number of follow-up emails in the workflow.
    • Trigger Details: Assign the day, time, and email content for each follow-up.

  • Predefined workflows save time for sales representatives.
  • Workflows allow users to quickly select and initiate follow-ups with minimal effort.
