About Documents

The Documents module acts as a centralized repository for managing all documents related to your offerings. These documents are organized into three categories: Content Library, Legal Library, and Proposal.

Each category is designed to help users efficiently manage and access documents when needed. Below is an overview of how each category functions:

Content Library

The Content Library helps users organize documents into subcategories. When uploading a document, users can link it to specific company offerings.

This functionality allows you to maintain a structured repository based on offerings and subcategories, making it easy to locate and use documents as required.

Legal Library

The Legal Library is designed to manage all legal documents associated with customer interactions. Users can create subcategories and attach relevant documents to ensure seamless organization and access.

Proposal

The Proposal section allows users to organize and manage proposal documents. These documents can also be linked to offerings for streamlined reference during customer engagements.

Important Notes

  • Documents linked to an offering will automatically appear in the Lead, Opportunity, and Quotation modules, depending on the selected offering. These linked documents will be visible as "global" resources for users to reference when interacting with customers.
  • Linking documents to offerings helps maintain a centralized repository, ensuring quick and efficient access to essential files.
