How to Use the Battlecard
Step 1: Accessing the Battlecard
- Navigate to any Lead Details page.
- Select the product or offering you wish to explore above the lead details.
- The page will be redirected to the View page.
Step 2: Reviewing the Overview
- Familiarize yourself with the table.
- Attributes are listed in the leftmost column.
- Your offering and competitor names are displayed in the top row.
Step 3: Comparing with Competitors
- Use the comparison table to review key differences between your offerings and competitors'.
- Pay special attention to areas where your offering outshines the competitors'.
Step 4: Refining Sales Strategy
- Incorporate competitive insights into your pitch to enhance persuasion.
- Regularly check the Notification section for new update on competitors.
Configuration
Step 1: Accessing and Monitoring
- Navigate to Other > Master Configuration Module > Offering Module in the navigation options.
- Users can create a battle card against each unique offering in the offering module.
Step 2: Battlecard View and Edit
- Users with view and edit permissions in the offering module can view and edit the battlecard as well.
- Users can add and delete multiple competitors to compare offerings with relevant competitors.
Step 3: Offering Details
- Users can edit the content in the defined areas for the offering and competitors to create a battlecard for reference.
- Users can add sub-attributes to the attributes provided in the system, for an in-detail information about the offerings.
- Users must fill in information for every compertitors including their own offering and save the same.
Step 4: Reflecting Changes
- Changes will be reflected in the Sales Module, where users can view the battlecard by selecting an offering.
